Scores 1–3 send a short email to the service owner. A 4 asks what would make it a 5 before sharing the review link. A 5 shares the link immediately. Per service links sit in settings, and each step is logged for clear visibility.

No. The bot runs a forward-only flow, asks each step once, and won’t reuse the same sentence back-to-back. The review link is rate-limited with a reviewLinkSent flag, so it’s only sent once per session.
It asks what went wrong, acknowledges, then ends the chat and emits a single escalation line (!notify_management …) for your team to pick up. No review link is sent on 1–3.
